Getting Started
Decluttering doesn’t have to be emotional, stressful, or complicated. In fact, getting started is incredibly simple — and I’m here to make it feel easy every step of the way.
What You Need
Just two things:
A donation box (anything sturdy works)
Trash bags — preferably black so you can’t see what’s inside
That’s it. Truly.
No special containers.
No big cleanup beforehand.
No organizing bins or fancy supplies.
You show up exactly as you are, and we begin together.
How It Works
We meet over Zoom in a comfortable, supportive, judgment-free session. I guide you through small, clear steps so you never feel stuck or overwhelmed.
I help you stay focused
I offer simple, neutral decision-making prompts
I keep the process calm and steady
You always stay in control
All you need is your device, your bags, your box, and an open mind. I handle the rest.
What to Expect
Here’s how a typical session feels — calm, clear, and completely doable.
1. A quick check-in
We start by saying hello, talking briefly about your goal for the session, and choosing one small area to begin with. (We keep it focused and simple.)
2. A guided, step-by-step no mess process
We go one item at a time while I gently guide you through straightforward choices:
Keep, donate, or discard.
Nothing emotional, nothing heavy — just clarity.
3. Zero pressure, zero judgment
I’ve seen all kinds of spaces, and nothing surprises me. You’ll never be rushed, judged, or made to feel embarrassed. This is a safe, calm space to make progress.
4. Visible progress — even in one session
We move steadily, without overwhelm. By the end of the session, you’ll have fewer decisions weighing on you and a clearer space to show for it.
5. A simple plan for what’s next
Before we finish, I’ll help you choose your next tiny step so you can keep the momentum going — whether we continue together or you work on your own between sessions.
No Shame. No Judgment. Ever.
I’ve truly seen it all — homes in all states and all levels of clutter.
Nothing shocks me, and nothing you show me will ever make me judge you.
Your space is just a starting point, not a reflection of who you are.
A Simpler Way Forward
If you want a calm, non-emotional approach to decluttering, you’re in the right place.
We take it one small step at a time — and those steps add up quickly.
